THINGS TO KNOW:  
1) ILL service is only for materials not owned by PVLD.  
2) There is a $2.00 non-refundable fee per request.
3) Requests are not accepted for Audio/Visual materials, or for New Books published within the last six (6) months.  
4) E-mail address is preferred for request notification.  
5) ILL materials are not renewable.   
6) A $5.00 fee applies if item is ordered but not picked up.  
7) An article request requires full citation; hard copies are $.15 per page.  
8) Requests can be tracked by logging into your personal ILL account.
